We take concerns about this website seriously. In keeping with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the following mechanism is available to raise and resolve any grievance relating to this website, its content, or the handling of your information.

- A request to access, correct, or delete information relating to you;
- Any other concern about the operation of this website.

Legal matters and grievance redressal for this website are administered by Unified Chambers & Associates, advocates and legal consultants. Grievances received are reviewed and addressed in coordination with the firm.

How your grievance is handled
